Scott Foresman Reading Street Running Records (Unit 1-5, 1st Grade)
I previously explained a little about how I use Scott Foresman Reading Street in my classroom. I have the students read the stories at their own pace and I do one-on-one conferences with each student. To help with my documentation and monitoring of student progress I created “running records” for each story in Units 1-5. Now I know typically running records are done with stories or passages that students aren’t very familiar with. I’m going to be using these forms when I do my one-on-one conferences with students to help me better document their progress with a story and its phonics skills. I am hoping it will allow me to better analyze their weaknesses and strengths. I think this will be a handy thing to use at conferences as well. They are available for free here on my website. I thought someone else might find them useful.
Thank you for these and for sharing your hard work! This Reading Street teacher appreciates it!
You are awesome! I usually did my RR on plain sheets of paper or blank RR forms…these are great! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for all your stuff!!!! I am trying to get a grasp on this idea. So… every child reads you every story individually!! Wow!

I love ALL of your products! When I click on the link for the reading street running records it takes me to your store but it never shows me the running records when scrolling through your products. Is there a direct link to the running records? Thanks! urbansherry@gmail.com
First year teacher here would love your running records….can’t seem to find them on the TPT site…..are they hidden in the blog? Thanks!
Hi! Can we purchase your Reading Street Running Records on TPT? I wasn’t able to find it? Love your products:-) Thanks. Shawna
Have you created new running records for the newer edition?
Your forms don’t match the text in my books (2013 edition).
