Scott Foresman Reading Street “I have, Who has” Spelling/Phonics Cards!
What a busy week! I had a meeting on Monday, bus duty Tuesday, a full day of PD on Wednesday, and I’ve been working on a million things including three graduate class projects, adding apps to my iPad and two iPod touches I purchased for my classroom, and working on a big unit! Whew! I’m glad to have a day off tomorrow. I plan on just chilling out as much as possible and taking it easy!
My class last year LOVED playing I have, Who has games. I have a few templates available on my TeachersPayTeachers store. I just whipped up some cards for Unit 1 of Reading Street. There are six sets of cards (for the six stories) and 24 cards in each set. I’ve uploaded them to TPT tonight. I plan on making units 2-5 too as I have time. Just a note – I am not using the newest version of Reading Street but there are only six different stories in the newest edition. Units 1 and 2 are exactly the same stories. The cards contain the spelling words for the week and other words that follow the phonics skils of the week. Here’s a sneaky peaky!
I love, love, love your blog and I have nominated it as a top 10! Go here to get your award http://bit.ly/rtHPbL and check out my post here:
