Meet the Class!

Have you seen the adorable All About Your New Teacher book by Brooke Hilderbrand? It is TOO cute! I bought it and made my own book about me to share with my students. They got a kick out of the picture of my in first grade and pictures of me as a kid. The idea inspired me to make a book about my students!

I created a Meet the Class editable PowerPoint book template. (Note: This is designed to be used with PowerPoint 2010. If you’re using an
earlier version of PowerPoint some things/directions may be a little different.)

Making a class book has never been easier with this editable,  customizable book template! Simply open it in PowerPoint and add your own class
information and photos! ALL text is editable. There are 8 slides in the PowerPoint. You will need to duplicate the student slides for as many students you have. Directions are included to help you set this up.

This book is a great way for students to learn each other’s names early in the year. Place it in your reading area so students can read it with each other. It would be great to let new students borrow this book for the night to get to know a little about their classmates!

You could either print this and laminate the pages and bind together or print and place the pages in plastic sleeves and put them in a binder.

Don’t forget to add new students as they join your class! You can remove students who leave your class (if you choose to).

A blank page is included as well so you can add your own pages to the book!
